I had a wonderful stay at Thompson Madrid. The hotel design was impressive, with premium materials used throughout. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the cleaning service was top-notch.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as ongoing construction in the surrounding area, I believe once it's completed, this little nuisance will go away.

The breakfast was amazing with plenty to choose from and the staff was very polite. The location was very convenient as there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the room was very clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring the area.

The Christmas decorations in the hotel felt forced and not cohesive, making it feel a bit tacky. The Christmas-themed cocktails at the hotel bar were also not very special and overpriced.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impressive and the hotel facilities were outstanding. We loved the fact that transportation was easily accessible from the hotel and the location in the city center was perfect. Breakfast was delightful and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

The comfort of the bed was exceptional and the cleaning service was impeccable. Complimentary welcome drinks and sweets were offered upon our arrival which was a lovely touch. the hotel was in close proximity to all the main attractions we wanted to visit.

The noise level in the area was quite high and disrupted our sleep. There were also some issues with the hotel's amenities, such as the rooftop not being ready and the breakfast staff needing more training to improve their service.

This hotel is pure luxury! The amenities are exclusive, and every need is fulfilled by the staff. The rooms are marvelous and well-appointed with comfortable sheets and bath amenities. The rooftop pool is fantastic, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas to shelter you from the sun. Entertainment is also offered to all guests, and the bar has an endless choice of cocktails to suit every taste.

Although it was stunning, the pool was closed during our stay. It was a minor issue as the other outdoor facilities compensated for the closure, but it would have been an added bonus.

Our stay was impeccable! The hotel was perfectly located, just a stone's throw away from all the major attractions we wanted to visit and nestled next to a quiet little park for when we needed a break. The room was luxurious with a comfortable bed and a beautifully designed bathroom. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with a vast array of options and the freshest pastries every morning. The staff were incredibly courteous and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable.

One potential downside was the noise from the surrounding construction. While it was out of the hotel's control, it could be slightly annoying at times.
